These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MageCode AI (the "Service"), operated by Beijing Cuiniao Zhiqing Technology Co., Ltd.. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload, and that your content and its use are lawful.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

4. Credits & Payments

Certain features consume credits. Purchased credits are consumed on successful delivery of a paid operation; failed or system-retried operations are not charged. Except as required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
