MageCode AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MageCode AI website and web application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign up with email/password or through Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, and (via Google) your basic profile such as name and profile picture. We use Google OAuth only to authenticate you and create your account; we request only the openid, email, and profile scopes.
• Content you create. Prompts, uploaded images, generated animations, projects, and related metadata you produce while using the Service.
• Usage and technical data. Log data, device/browser information, and anonymous usage counts needed to operate and improve the Service.
• Payment data. When you purchase credits, payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive transaction status and order records; we do not store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including authentication and account management.
• To generate and store the animation assets you create.
• To process purchases and manage your credit balance.
• To detect abuse, comply with law, and improve the product.

3. Google User Data

Information obtained through Google Sign-In (your Google account email and basic profile) is used solely to authenticate you and to create and identify your account. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, payment processing, and AI generation infrastructure), strictly to perform services on our behalf, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and content while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@magocode.ai. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction records).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
